We are looking for IT Support in Dammam

Responsibilities:

1.1. Provide IT functional and technical support to users.
1.2. Carryout preventive and breakdown maintenance to laptops, desktops and printers.
1.3. Receive, document and forward users requests for IT & SAP support.
1.4. Perform users password r**** and network group authorization.
1.5. Prepare MIS reports and forms.
1.6. Communicate with users for hardware and software maintenance, updates and recalls.
1.7. Facilitate and support MS SharePoint deployment for departmental intranet.



Requirements:

Bachelor in IT related major

Good English language

Saudi Only

3 Years of proven experience

In Dammam

5 Days a week
2 Days off

30 Days paid vacation yearly
