Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Riyadh. As an Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for managing employee #records, administering HR #policies, handling employee benefits, and overseeing #personnel management. Your daily tasks will involve managing employee information systems, providing HR #support, and assisting in the implementation of #hr initiatives.

Qualifications
Saudi only
3-5 experience
Human Resources (HR) knowledge and
Familiar with government #platforms.
Strong understanding of HR Management, Policies, and #Employee #Benefits
Ability to handle Personnel Management
Excellent problem-#solving skills and #attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
#Bachelor's degree in #Human #Resources, #Business #Administration, or related field
Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is a plus
Professional certification in HR is preferred#saudiarabiajobs
