Bachelor’s degree.

Lead planning and execution of end-to-end Security Guards projects.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Security Guards projects management.

Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex Security Guards projects.

Experience in setting up and managing project teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Project Management Certification (PMP) or other relevant certifications preferred.
