Job Description: Sales Representative – Hotel Supplies

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in hotel supplies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. They will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of hotel supplies, including shampoos, soaps, bedding, kitchen tools, and appliances, to both wholesale and retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Develop relationships with new clients while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.

2. Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Educate customers on the product range through presentations and demonstrations.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and industry trends.

3. Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.

4. Sales Goals:
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g., monthly sales results and annual forecasts).

5. Customer Service:
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
- Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in hotel supplies or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, sales,or relevant field is preferred.

Language Skills:
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.

Travel Requirements:
- This position may require travel to client locations.
