Required skills:
• Managing infrastructure of the local IT, ensure safety and security of Data
• Supervising the network infrastructure and running systems
• Follow up on computer problems and provide the necessary technical support
• Follow up on employee and customer data, maintain records in an organized manner, and archive information
• Maintain & analyze common problems and prepare contingency plans
• Manage local OS and software updates
• Manage Repairs of technical equipment and devices
• Maintaining and improving the organization's local networks and its servers
• Supervising data backup operations and system security
• Managing installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software used
• Evaluating system performance and recommending required improvements
• Providing solutions and recommendations to avoid problems related to devices and data systems
• Ensure that data is processed or transferred in accordance with the company’s instructions & policies
• Maintain strict information sharing and data collection in and out
• Controlling costs and budgets related to information technology devices and systems
• Managing contracts with suppliers such as platforms development, telecommunications companies
• Maintain valid software and systems licenses
• Developing information technology policies and practices
• Building an internal network for the company, working on its maintenance, and making the required periodic improvements
• Arrange courses for company employees in information security
• Maintain employee logins.
