A Marine company is looking for a Marine Agency Manager at Ras Tanura for Urgent Hiring.
Job Role Description
The Marine Agency Manager is the first point of contact for ships arrival into the port and liaises with port officials and terminal operators to plan effective husbandry works and/or cargo operations. He is responsible for the ship's interest when the ship is in port and to carry out any arrangements as required by the shipping lines, ship-owners and shipmasters. He has a strong understanding of port regulations, port health, terminal operations, KSA port Customs and Immigration procedures of the port.

Tasks:
1. Manage offshore and Teams Leading operations.
Ensure all agency documentation are prepared.
Ensure all customs documentation relative to vessel.
2. Ensure good communication with all parties.
3. Ensure overall operation is done efficiently in accordance to business plan and objectives.
Make proper plan for operations.
Interface between external Authorities And management.
4. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial goals and improve operation performance.
5. Manage the identification and implementation of a “best practice” approach to procedures and workflow activities for functional area through routine process analysis.
6. Design, communicate and implement new policies and procedures.

Qualified:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Experience: Minimum 3 years.
· Attention to detail, Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organization and leadership skills, Strong management, business insight.
