Sales Support Officer - Rubber Industry Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Rubber Future, a leading manufacturing company specializing in the rubber industry, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Officer to join our team in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success in the dynamic rubber industry. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive sales support to the sales team, including managing inquiries, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating customer orders. Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing and production, to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in sales support or a related role is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
