An Industrial Company in Jeddah looking to recruit a Fresh Graduate & 3 Years Experience
in (AR Accountant)

Requirements:
Saudi Arabia Nationality
Fresh Graduate & 3 Years Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accountant
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent - Arabic / good - English

Responsibilities:
Maintaining up-to date Billing
Coordination with our sales department and contacting the customers for the due sales invoices for collection.
Preparing/ updating the customers’ credit facilities, monthly ageing report and sales discount, credit, and debit Notes.
Posting the required entries and reviewing the systematic ones.
Preparing the monthly customers VAT report.
Clearing the customers’ invoices against the related collections, if not done by the system.
Preparing the related requirements of internal and external auditors.
Matching between the collections and customer’s account & bank charges.
Preparing the customers’ statement of accounts and follow up with customers/ sales department to collect the due amounts.
Providing the treasury department with the collected cheques to deposit them at banks and post the required entries.
Replacement of the sales accountants during their annual leave
