We are seeking a highly skilled HR Deputy Officer to join our team. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and providing strategic HR support to the management team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience working in HR management roles ( 3-5 Years )
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English is highly desirable
