We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive QHSE Manager to lead and improve QHSE programs in Khobar. This role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics, preparing reports that provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and ensure timely resolution of QHSE issues.
• Coordinate and deliver QHSE training programs to employees, fostering awareness and understanding of QHSE policies and procedures.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with QHSE requirements and maintain strong working relationships.
• Oversee the management of hazardous materials, waste, and environmental impacts, ensuring that all activities are conducted responsibly.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure that QHSE programs remain effective and up-to-date.
• Promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization by encouraging proactive safety behaviors and leading by example.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of [3] years of experience as QHSE Manager
• In-depth knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and develop effective solutions.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are mandatory.
