We are currently seeking a Compliance & Ethics Advisor to join our team. The role involves providing expert advisory and implementation services to assist organizations in developing, enhancing, and maintaining compliance and ethics programs. Responsibilities include reviewing and drafting codes of conduct, as well as conducting business ethics awareness training. The advisor will collaborate with clients from various industries to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements for the position include a Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in compliance, ethics, or internal audit roles. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences. Previous experience in designing and delivering training programs on ethics and compliance topics is preferred, along with problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills. Leadership skills are also a plus, and fluency in Arabic and English is required.
