Al Yamamah Steel Industrial Company in Jeddah is looking to recruit (Internal Audit Manager).
Job Summary
Internal audit managers are responsible for overseeing and directing the internal audit function within an organization, who will be report directly to audit committee.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CPA, CIA) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Set up the operation plan of Audit department and develop internal audit scope and procedures.
• Coordinate and act as the point of contact in all audit matters with external audit, Shariah audit activities, and Co-sourcing firm.
• Lead and coordinate periodical audits with other departments and present audit findings to find ways to increase compliance and efficiency.
• Review and evaluate audit programs to achieve audit objectives.
• Assess the audit findings and initiate corrective measures to ensure effectiveness in financial system of operations.
• Ensure, track and monitor appropriate follow-up actions, best practices, standards and procedures of the company in all audit operations.
• Contribute to the delivery of the Internal Audit plan though timely completion of assigned audits, working with other members of the team
• Perform audit assignments conducting planning, fieldwork and reporting activities ensuring adherence to the company’s internal audit methodology.
• Assess business processes and risks and evaluate internal controls to provide an independent appraisal of the company’s internal control environment.
• Identify gaps in control and provide management with appropriate recommendations that helps in closing these gaps and promote sound risk management.
• Ensure that Audit reports and findings are communicated to management. Serve as a trusted advisor to management on matters related to governance, risk, and internal controls.
