Experienced: 4-5 years of experience in project management within a contact center or similar environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Project Management, or a related field, PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
Language: Required advance English
Responsibility: Project Planning and Execution, Stakeholder Management, Resource Management, Process Improvement, Quality Assurance, Change Management, Risk Management.
