We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing both local and overseas hiring, with experience in recruiting across skilled and non-skilled professions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from identifying needs to onboarding.
• Conduct overseas hiring and bulk recruitment processes.
• Handle skilled and non-skilled recruitment.
• Issue offer letters and manage employment contracts.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
• Maintain recruitment databases and produce recruitment reports.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on overseas hiring and bulk recruitment.
• Advanced English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
