Key Responsibilities:

Analyze the purchase requests from all other departments and control appropriate methods for procurement, proposals and quotation.

Cooperate with personnel and vendors in organizing requirements and conditions for quotations, proposals, payment terms and supply agreements in a concise manner.

Examine vendor performance and conduct analysis of proposals to identify the response that best meets the needs of user department and is uniform with Company terms and conditions.

Proactively lead to identify any nonconformities and potential problems related to vendors and ensure corrective action is defined and implemented.

Lead subordinate staffs on attainment of set policies, objectives, goals, company values such as teamwork spirit and other company programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor/Diploma/High school
Experience 2 years and more in the manufacturing field
Fluent English specking
Willing to work at Jubail industry city
