DHB is hiring Site Architect 101 for our project in Riyadh

Job Requirements
 Saudi Nationals only
 BS degree in architecture
 Experience 3 – 5 years in construction companies.
 effective knowledge of design programs (CAD, RVT, Photoshop)
 Proficiency in English is a prerequisite.
 Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
o Preparing technical & managerial reports and proposing corrective action
o Follow up on the implementation and progress of project work with consultants and contractors.
o Reviewing architectural and urban designs and technical specifications of projects from a quality perspective and ensuring their compliance with standards and preferences related to quality.
o Monitor project implementation and review completed work to verify compliance with quality standards and specified requirements.
o Collaborates with technical and administrative teams and clients to ensure quality standards are effectively implemented, and exchanges information and updates on project progress and quality achievement.
o Improving quality-related processes and proposing and implementing improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation.
