BANK ALJAZIRA- Manage direct & indirect staff costs and expenditures within allocated budgets, as applicable, without compromising quality.
- Achieving all financial targets assigned to him or her and the rest of the team within Mass Market area.
- Contacts with all branch staff - RETAIL BANKING GROUP Management, Finance Management and all other bank area and divisions.
- To lead Mass and affluent Market team and exceed targets set for all segments, and to ensure excellent quality service is provided
- To increase targeted customers of all segments and maintain them.
- Directing and coaching staff.
-Utilize leads by effectively cross selling and to have effective back-office operation processes & staff.
-Self management of the affluent segments within the branch with direct focus of the RM's.
-Effectively applying sales & service process developed
-To ensure that the performance in the BSC of each staff was accurately reflected by the actual figures from the sales target assigned and the standardized behavior.
-Ensuring a consistently high level of customer service exceeding standards set.
-Effectively dealing with customer complaints and customer mastery shopper Rating and accounts problem.
-Ensuring all transactions are properly authorized, and all branches lending in accordance with the bank Credit Policy.
