هذا الاعلان مثل ماوصلني بالتوفيق A organization is currently recruiting for an Events Coordinator/Administrator to join their Eastern Province team. This role will initially be a 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility of a permanent opportunity. The role: To organize and manage the events program - from lunches to conferences, presentation evenings and provide administrative support to the Operations & Development Manager, Chief Executive and Chair of the organization as required. The requirements: - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook. - Experience in the use of data base and the interrogation of simple data - Knowledge and practical experience of event management/organization. - Basic budgeting and financial understanding - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to cope under pressure and prioritize workload - Flexible attitude and working hours as event and meeting attendance outside standard office hours will be required. Duties and responsibilities: - Working with the Events Committees in the complete process of organizing an event; visiting venues, arranging catering, outside audio/visual equipment, photographers, liaising with speakers and event sponsors, drafting & issuing invitations and managing the reply list including invoicing, monitoring and reporting on payment etc. - Attendance of events as required (some of which may be outside normal office hours) to provide set-up and administrative support. - Assisting with display board set up, register of attendees, badges, information packs etc. and ensuring the venue is prepared and fit for the start of the event. - Working with the Membership Team in the promotion of the organization. - Maintaining the membership database ensuring changes in details are reported and amended as necessary. - Attending meetings and providing administrative support, producing agendas, minutes and reports as required. - Assisting in the financial administration including supporting the Accounts Administrator, ensuring all events are paid and up-to-date taking responsibility for credit control as required. - Monitoring and ordering of stationery ensuring purchase orders are raised and within budget, maintaining the franking ***hine making sure sufficient funding is available. send your resume to: info@pr-agenda.com التعديل الأخير تم بواسطة العزيزه ; 08-04-2009 الساعة 09:10 AM سبب آخر: تنسيق النص - تكبير الخط |
