Job Summary:
• Conduct surveys and make scientific assessment of happiness and satisfaction levels amongst employees and staff
• Make action plans based on the survey’s findings across the organization and ensure implementation of happiness initiatives
• Design and implement employees/students activities and excursions to boost happiness and satisfaction

Background:
• Min 5 years’ experience in senior HR role
• Masters preferred in HR, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, or Business Administrator

Skills:
Communication, analytical, problem solving, creativity, people skills, statistical skills, fluent English, planning
