Technical Office Engineers
General Requirements: progressive experience in all technical office aspects such as design calculation, shop drawings, BOQ, specs, materials submittals, contracts, variations, RFIs…etc. including 5 years of lead responsibility as main contractor with gulf experience.
Contracts Manager: A minimum 15 years of experience.
Technical office Manager: A minimum 15 years of experience.
Senior Architect: A minimum 10 years of experience.
Senior Civil/Structure: A minimum 10 years of experience.
Senior Mechanical: A minimum 10 years of experience.
Senior Electrical: A minimum 10 years of experience.
Quality Control Engineers
General Requirements: progressive experience in all quality control aspects such as project quality plan, method of statements, materials approvals, RFI, MIR, NCR …etc. including 5 years of lead responsibility.
Quality Control Manager: A minimum 15 years of experience.
Senior Architect: A minimum 10 years of experience.
Senior Civil/Structure: A minimum 10 years of experience.
Senior Mechanical: A minimum 10 years of experience.
Senior Electrical: A minimum 10 years of experience.
Quantity Surveyor Engineers
General Requirements: progressive experience in all Quantity Surveyor aspects such as method of measurements, BOQ, specs, contracts, variations…etc. including 5 years of lead responsibility.
Quantity Surveyor Manager: A minimum 15 years of experience.
Senior Civil & Architect: A minimum 10 years of experience.
Senior Electromechanical: A minimum 10 years of experience.
Draftsman
General Requirements: should have a professional level in AutoCAD; Revit is preferable & progressive experience in all technical office aspects such as shop drawings, materials …etc. including 5 years of lead responsibility.
Architect draftsman: A minimum 10 years of experience.
Civil draftsman: A minimum 10 years of experience.
Mechanical draftsman: A minimum 10 years of experience.
Electrical draftsman: A minimum 10 years of experience.
Document Controller
General Requirements: should have a professional level in communication software; Aconex is preferable & progressive experience in the construction field. Including 5 years of lead responsibility.
Document Controller: A minimum 10 years of experience.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. in related discipline with minimum grade of “Good”.
- Excellent command of related international Codes.
- Excellent Knowledge of computer-assisted design software and tools related to his discipline.
- Excellent written, listening and interpersonal skills.
- Very Good command in English (writing – speaking).
- Candidate has a proven experience in Large Scale & Mega Projects.
- Aramco or SABIC experience is preferred.
